Our 1.5-hour Stock & Station Agents CPD Add-On is designed for Class 1 and Class 2 real estate agents who hold Stock & Station as an additional licence category and have already completed the common compulsory CPD topics through another workshop during the 2026/27 CPD year.
COURSE CONTENT
The workshop covers the following two compulsory topics:

Auction Laws & Practice: Review the legislation, procedures and professional responsibilities involved in conducting compliant auctions, including requirements relevant to stock and station agency practice.

Safety Risk Management: Learn practical strategies for identifying and managing workplace health and safety risks, including remote work, travel, working alone and other safety considerations specific to stock and station agents.
This shorter workshop allows eligible agents to complete their additional Stock & Station CPD training without repeating compulsory topics already undertaken in another area of practice.

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

All participants are required to complete an assessment as part of their CPD training.

Upon successfully completing the required training and assessment, participants will receive a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion via email.

A copy of the CPD certificate will also be available to download through the student portal.
