Our 1 hour Buyer's Agents CPD Add-On is designed for Class 1 and Class 2 licence holders who undertake Buyers Agency as an additional area of practice and have already completed the applicable common compulsory CPD topics through another workshop during the 2026/27 CPD year.
COURSE CONTENT
The workshop covers the following compulsory topic:

Marketing Services, Scope of Practice & Licensing Obligations: Learn about the services buyers agents can provide, relevant licensing requirements, marketing obligations and professional responsibilities when representing property buyers.
This shorter workshop allows eligible agents to complete their additional Buyers Agency CPD training without repeating compulsory topics already undertaken in another area of practice.

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

All participants are required to complete an assessment as part of their CPD training.

Upon successfully completing the required training and assessment, participants will receive a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion via email.

A copy of the CPD certificate will also be available to download through the student portal.
