As a requirement of NSW Fair Trading, Certificate of Registration holders working as Assistant Agents, must complete at least 3 units of the Real Estate Licensing Course (CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) as a minimum each year as CPD and become a Class 2 Licence holder by the end of the 4th year.
The CPD year for all Licence and Certificate holders starts on 23 March each year and ends on 22 March the following year.
This course satisfies the annual requirement of NSW Fair Trading.
The 3 units of study include:
CPPREP4103 - Establish vendor relationships
CPPREP4104 - Establish buyer relationships
CPPREP4105 - Sell property
Should you choose this pathway, you will need to ensure that moving forward you complete 3 units of the licensing course as required by NSW Fair Trading between 23rd March and 22nd March each CPD calendar year to become a Class 2 Licence holder by the end of the 4th year.
