If you have been granted a Certificate of Registration by NSW Fair Trading between 23rd June, 2023 and 22nd December 2023 you will be required to complete 1 unit of the Real Estate Licensing Course (CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) for the CPD period 23rd March, 2023 – 22nd March, 2024.
This course satisfies the annual requirement of NSW Fair Trading.
The unit of study is:
CPPREP4101 – Appraise property for sale and lease
Should you choose this pathway, you will need to ensure that moving forward you complete 3 units of the licensing course as required by NSW Fair Trading between 23rd March and 22nd March each CPD calendar year to become a Class 2 Licence holder by the end of the 4th year.
