COURSE CONTENT
The course covers the following four compulsory topics:

Supervision Guidelines and AML/CTF in Agency Practice: Understand agency supervision requirements, compliance responsibilities and AML/CTF obligations relevant to commercial real estate operations.

Fire Safety Regulations: Review fire safety requirements affecting commercial properties, including regulatory obligations and compliance responsibilities.

Rules of Conduct Refresher: Refresh your understanding of professional responsibilities, ethical practices and compliance obligations under the NSW Rules of Conduct.

GST in Commercial Property Transactions: Understand GST requirements and considerations relating to commercial property sales and leasing transactions.

If Commercial Real Estate is an additional area of practice and you have already completed the Supervision Guidelines and AML/CTF in Agency Practice and Rules of Conduct Refresher topics through another CPD workshop during the 2026/27 CPD year, you may be eligible to complete our 1.5-hour Commercial CPD Add-On.
COURSE CONTENT
The course covers the following four compulsory topics:

GST in Commercial Property Transactions: Understand GST requirements and considerations relating to commercial property sales and leasing transactions.
This allows eligible agents to meet their additional commercial CPD requirements without repeating topics already completed.

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

All participants are required to complete an assessment as part of their CPD training.

Upon successfully completing the required training and assessment, participants will receive a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion via email.

A copy of the CPD certificate will also be available to download through the student portal.
