During the 2026–2027 CPD year (1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027), Class 1 and Class 2 licence holders must complete the compulsory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements for their area of practice, as prescribed by NSW Fair Trading.
Unlike previous years, CPD is now based on your area of practice, with compulsory topics tailored to the work you perform. If you work across more than one area of practice or hold dual licence categories, you may be required to complete additional compulsory training to meet the requirements for each relevant area of practice. Where the same compulsory topic applies across multiple areas of practice, you will not be required to repeat that topic.
Think Real Estate delivers high-quality, NSW Fair Trading approved CPD workshops throughout Sydney, Newcastle, the Blue Mountains and the Central/South Coast, with both face-to-face workshops and interactive webinars available.
Our workshops are delivered by experienced industry professionals and combine practical learning, current legislation and real-world scenarios to help you meet your CPD obligations with confidence.
Choose the workshop that matches your area of practice. Each workshop has been developed to cover all compulsory topics prescribed by NSW Fair Trading.
