CPD Workshops

2025-2026 Compulsory CPD Workshops - At a location near you!

In the 2025-26 CPD year (1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026),  licensed agents must complete all compulsory topics relevant to their licence category and area of practice.

Unlike previous years, you are no longer able to complete CPD by online self-paced training.

Think Real Estate delivers high-quality, compulsory CPD workshops for both Class 1 and Class 2 licence holders across Sydney, Newcastle, the Blue Mountains, and the Central/South Coast regions, every week.

Our training is NSW Fair Trading-approved and facilitated by some of the most experienced trainers in the real estate industry.

The mandatory topics delivered by our team for the CPD calendar year 2025-2026 as set by NSW Fair Trading are:

  • AML Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Terrorism Financing
  • Privacy Law Reforms
  • Mitigating Risk and Managing Psychosocial Hazards
  • Navigating NCAT
  • Retail and Commercial Leasing
  • Biosecurity, Disease Preparedness and Incident Response
  • Residential Tenancy Reforms 2025-26

In addition to completing core CPD hours, Class 1 agents must also attend at least 5 hours at a NSW Fair Trading accredited event during the CPD year.

Licensees-in-charge must ensure that all CPD training is included in the agency’s training plan, with topics most relevant to their role.

If you're attending via interactive webinar, you must have your camera on for the full session, as required by NSW Fair Trading.

As a further requirement of NSW Fair Trading, face-to-face workshops are limited to a maximum of 40 participants in rooms and 25 participants if training via an interactive webinar.

And remember! Completion of your CPD with our team also provides you with membership benefits. You will have daily access (via phone or email) to our pool of industry experts for career guidance and support. This access is valid for a period of 12 months and is an invaluable resource!
