CLASS 1 REAL ESTATE LICENCE - LICENSEE IN CHARGE
If you are looking to run your own agency, you will need to become a Class 1 Licence holder and become a Licensee in Charge. In order to meet the education requirements to apply for your Class 1 Licence in NSW, you are required to undertake the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management).
The qualifications reflect the role of a Licensee-In-Charge/Principals who applies knowledge of property agency and compliance requirements, ethical standards and consumer preferences to establish and control real estate functions. This qualification applies to residential or commercial practice in real estate sales, real estate property management, strata management, business broking, stock and station, or auctioneering.
The course is offered via Face-to-Face & Interactive Zoom workshops or Online Self-Paced Learning. One on one training is also offered to those looking to progress through the course with personal training support at an additional cost. If you have worked as a manager or in a managerial position in a real estate office you may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for some or all of the units of competency.
