Every Certificate of Registration holder or Licensed Agent is required to complete 12 CPD points each year. If you are a Licence holder you must complete before your renewal date on June 30th each year and for a Certificate holder by 31st October each year. Think Real Estate’s ACT CPD Course satisfies the requirements for both.
Our course includes a unit of competency as well as other training so that you earn the full 12 CPD points.
The first part is the unit of competency - CPPDSM4017A – Negotiate effectively in property transactions
At the completion of this unit students should be able to:
· Establish the needs of each of the relevant parties to the negotiation
· Negotiate with the parties to achieve an agreeable outcome
· Identify and manage disputes that may arise during the negotiation process
· Facilitate the resolving of disputes so agreement is reached
The second part of this course covers everything that you need to know about Misleading and Deceptive conduct within the Real Estate Industry.

This interactive course has been prepared by leading industry specialists, and meets the requirement of 8 CPD points in category 3, and 4 CPD points in Category 2.
You will need to ensure your profile is fully complete before we can issue you with your Statement of Attainment and completion certificate . Also note that marking can take up to 14 days, so please ensure you submit your assessments in time to meet your renewal date.
