10hr Online Compulsory CPD  for Class 1 & Class 2  Agents.

		Introduction to Strata for Residential, Commercial, Stock & Station and Short Term Accommodation agents

		The new Strata Reforms 2023/24
 
	- 
		Privacy, Proof of ID, Cyber Security, Fraud Prevention and Data Collection
 
	- 
		Advertising and Marketing - responsibilities under the Australian Consumer Law
 
	- 
		Authority to bid and exchange contracts 
 
	All students will be required to complete an assessment as part of the training and upon successful completion will be issued with a Certificate of Satisfactory completion.  A copy of your CPD certificate will be retained in your Student portal should you need to retrieve this at anytime.

		Stock & Station Agents
