We are offering a 10-hour session via online, self-paced learning for the following compulsory topics:

Review of Relevant Changes to Regulations and Legislation

Price disclosures, representations & underquoting

Contracts for sale – terms, conditions and responsibilities of agents

Managing unforeseen rental terminations – incarcerated, abandoned, deceased

Rentals bonds – management, communication and accountability
All students will be required to complete an assessment as part of the training and upon successful completion will be issued with a Certificate of Satisfactory completion. A copy of your CPD certificate will be retained in your Student portal should you need to retrieve this at anytime.
