Class 1 Business Leader’s Forum 2026-27
In addition to completing the required Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for your area of practice, Class 1 licence holders must also complete the following mandatory training requirements.
Part 1 – NSW Fair Trading Accredited Event(s)
Our 5-hour Interactive Webinar session will include the following topics set out by NSW Fair Trading:

Leading continuous improvement: Complaints, intelligence & early intervention.

Leading with professional judgement: Ethics, responsibility & Complex decisions.

Leading effective controls: Fraud prevention & assurance.
-
Leading sustainable businesses: Financial literacy & business risk.

Leading people: Supervision, accountability & capability.
All students will be required to complete an assessment as part of the training. Upon successful completion, you will be issued with a Certificate of Satisfactory completion via email. A copy of your CPD certificate will also be available to download in your student portal at any time.
Part 2 – AUSTRAC's “Smart real estate agent’s guide to AML/CTF” course
Class 1 licence holders working in the relevant areas of practice* must also complete AUSTRAC's “Smart real estate agent’s guide to AML/CTF” course. This requirement sits outside NSW Fair Trading’s accredited forum framework and is separate from the mandatory CPD topics delivered by Approved Providers.
* Relevant areas of practice: Residential Real Estate Salespeople; Buyer’s Agents; Business Brokers; Residential Property Managers; Commercial Real Estate Agents; Stock and Station Agents
