Before you can be employed in a sales, property management or client service role within the Real Estate industry in Victoria, you will need to meet the educational requirements set down in the Estate Agents Act.
Our Agent's Representative online training course has been developed by hands-on, leading industry experts to ensure that you are fully equipped to start your career in the exciting world of Real Estate.
What you will learn:
The Business Licensing Authority requires that you are competent in the following units before you can be employed as an Agent:
• CPPDSM4008A – Identify legal and ethical requirements of property sales to complete agency work
• CPPDSM4007A – Identify legal and ethical requirements of property management to complete agency work
• CPPDSM4080A – Work in the real estate industry

As this course is self-paced the time to complete is really up to you, however, the maximum course completion time allowed from enrolment is 6 months. Please see the Participant Handbook for further details.
Participants are required to complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) test prior to enrolment. The purpose of this test is to check your readiness and suitability for the course.

Regardless of your chosen method of study you will need to complete the required activities and assessments.
Our assessments are designed to substantiate your ability to apply acquired skill and knowledge to the workplace and may include a combination of the following:
* Short answer questions * Research activities * Group activities * Role plays * Projects and case studies
Upon successful completion, your Statement of Attainment will be sent to you within 30 days of the program completion and this is the evidence you will need to provide to your new employer to show you have met the educational requirements.
