Supervision Guidelines and AML CTF in agency practice
All students will be required to complete an assessment as part of the training. Upon successful completion, you will be issued with a Certificate of Satisfactory completion via email. A copy of your CPD certificate will also be available to download in your student portal at any time.
In addition to completing the required Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for your area of practice, Class 1 licence holders must also complete the following mandatory training requirements.
Part 1 – NSW Fair Trading Accredited Event(s)
Class 1 licence holders are required to attend NSW Fair Trading accredited event(s) as part of their annual CPD obligations.
Part 2 – AUSTRAC Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Training
Class 1 licence holders working in the relevant areas of practice* must also complete AUSTRAC's mandatory Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) training, developed in partnership with Blue Tribe.
Further guidance, including how and when this training must be completed, will be released once AUSTRAC finalises the delivery arrangements.
