We are offering a 5 hour face-to-face session delivering the following topics set out by NSW Fair Trading:

Trust Account Management: Best Practice, Audit Rediness & Avoiding Common Breaches.

Understanding the Role, Regulation & Compliance of Buyer's Agents: Supervision, Commissions & Fiduciary Obligations.

Strengthen Compliance Systems in your Business: Reduce Risks, Improve Complaint Handling & Prepare for a NSW Fair Trading Audit.
All students will be required to complete an assessment as part of the training and upon completing successfully will be issued with a Certificate of Satisfactory completion. A copy of your certificate will be retained in your Student portal which can be retrieved at anytime should you need.
