5hr NSW Fair Trading Accredited Event (Interactive Webinar): Class 1 Real Estate licence holders

We are offering a 5 hour interactive webinar session delivering the following topics set out by NSW Fair Trading:
 

  • Supervision Guidelines within an Agency: Ensuring compliance with Class 1 obligations.
  • Recognise Ethical Obligations & Fiduciary Duties: Apply Ethical Decision Making to Common Real Estate Scenarios.
  • Understanding the Complexities of Selling Starta Properties: Disclosure Obligations Under the Property & Stock Agents Act 2022 and ACL.
  • Trust Account Management: Best Practice, Audit Rediness & Avoiding Common Breaches.
  • Understanding the Role, Regulation & Compliance of Buyer's Agents: Supervision, Commissions & Fiduciary Obligations.
  • Strengthen Compliance Systems in your Business: Reduce Risks, Improve Complaint Handling & Prepare for a NSW Fair Trading Audit.


All students will be required to complete an assessment as part of the training and upon completing successfully will be issued with a Certificate of Satisfactory completion.  A copy of your certificate will be retained in your Student portal which can be retrieved at anytime should you need.
