As a requirement of NSW Fair Trading, Certificate of Registration holders working as Assistant Agents, must complete at least 3 units of the Real Estate Licensing Course (CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) as a minimum each year as CPD and become a Class 2 Licence holder by the end of the 4th year.
The CPD year for all Licence and Certificate holders starts on 23 March each year and ends on 22 March the following year.
This course satisfies the annual requirement of NSW Fair Trading.
The 3 units of study include:
CPPREP4101 – Appraise property for sale or lease
CPPREP4102 – Market property
CPPREP4104 – Establish buyer relationships
Please note that this course option DOES NOT include Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Note should you choose this pathway, you will need to do more than the 3 units required by NSW Fair Trading if you are going to meet the deadline to become a Class 2 Licence holder by the end of the 4th year.
