This program has been specifically designed for the highly experienced Agent looking to build their personal brand and take their career to the next level by working towards obtaining competency in the 19 units from the qualification CPP40307 - Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) needed to meet the educational requirements and allow you to apply for a Real Estate Licence.
By taking into account your current level of industry knowledge and experience, via the Recognition of Prior Learning process (RPL), we are then able to identify your existing competencies and deliver training that saves you precious time and fills in the gaps in your knowledge so that you don’t need to re-learn things you already know.
To be eligible for this course you will need to be the current holder of a QLD Certificate of Registration and have been employed full-time in an agency for the past three consecutive years whilst also meeting Think Real Estate’s additional course entry requirements.
At present this course is available via correspondence only.
$1,790.00 includes RPL (South East QLD)
$1,790.00 plus RPL quotation (Outside South East QLD)
The minimum expected time for completion is approximately 3 months and the maximum course completion time allowed from enrolment is 18 months. (Note course completion times may vary depending on many factors such as workshop tutorial attendance, the amount of time set aside for self-paced study or the amount of RPL granted). Please see the Participant Handbook for further details.

Upon successful completion, your Statement of Attainment will be sent to you within 30 days of the program completion and this is the evidence you will need to provide to the Office Fair Trading (QLD) to show you have met their education requirements.
The Office of Fair Trading (QLD) issue all Certificates of Registration and Real Estate Licences. Application forms can be downloaded from their website. Participants should note that even though they have met the educational requirements, that they must meet other requirements of the Office of Fair Trading (QLD) as to residency and character before a Certificate or Licence is issued.
