His training sessions are filled with cutting edge knowledge and experience. Brian is a Certificate IV Accredited Trainer, Licensed Real Estate Agent and Senior Auctioneer.
Chris Wilson has had over 30 years experience in both residential and commercial/industrial real estate and worked in both city and country offices. As a former real estate Principal, Chris understands the day to day demands of a real estate organisation. He is a qualified economist, a Certificate IV Accredited Trainer, a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer. He ensures that every session is jammed packed with information and new ideas. Chris is THINK REAL ESTATE's Training and Compliance Manager and Senior Continual Professional Development Trainer.
Andrew Coulson has had 30 years experience in real estate industry and is a Certificate IV Accredited Trainer, Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer. Having been a principal and run his own office for over 18 years Andrew knows the ins and outs of the real estate game and all nuances of day to day operations. Andrew's enthusiastic delivery of training has people coming back to more, because they learn so much. His training sessions are informative but fun.
Lisa Liberatore is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Certificate IV Accredited Trainer. With over 8 years experience in the real estate industry, Lisa has worked her way up the chain starting as a receptionist, working in Property Management then Sales and now training. With her bubbly personality and exciting experiences, Lisa is the Senior Trainer for the "Course in Property Practice". Her vibrance and expertise of the industry will make you walk away from her sessions feeling confidence.
Michael Hilder has worked in the real estate industry for 10 years. He is a Certificate IV Accredited Trainer, Licensed Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and has a Bachelor of Business Degree. Michael has worked in all facets of real estate and is one of THINK REAL ESTATE's Senior Trainers for our Real Estate Licensing modules. With his background knowledge of Financial Systems and Trust Accounts, Michael will assist you through these modules making these sessions as simple and enjoyable as possible.
Julie Farah is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and our Senior Property Management Trainer. With extensive experience in the rental industry, trust accounting and real estate systems & procedures, Julie has excelled in the industry for the past 9 years. Her career includes being a General Manager of Century 21 Annandale/Stanmore, working in Commercial Property Management and now operating her own property management agency.
