The following is an outline of the core program at the heart of the 'Think Profit' program:
THINK REAL ESTATE will:
- Conduct a 'profit needs analysis' with Principal/licensee-in-charge/sales manager to uncover exactly what is needed to increase sales production.
- Implement personal targets for all your sales team, plus a unique sales production tracking system to define and measure the activities of all sales agents so as to increase their personal sales production.
- Conduct sales meetings on the following basis - (this alone can increase the sales turn-over by 10-15% due to having a 'third party' come to your office to conduct such critical meetings)
- If needed, will conduct skills training for sales agents which will be based upon the knowledge gleaned from the sales meetings as to the problems uncovered in all areas of real estate practice. (Please note: exclusive agreement only)
- Will mentor the Principal/licensee-in-charge/sales manager as to the profit needs analysis created at the beginning of the 'Partners in Profit' program.
- Sales people are able to attend scheduled selling skill's programs at THINK REAL ESTATE Training room for no extra fee.
- Principal is able to attend scheduled management training at THINK REAL ESTATE Training room for no extra fee.
