DISTANCE LEARNING

THINK REAL ESTATE provides the FULL Licensing Course by Distance Learning (Correspondence). If you choose to undertake the course this way, you can study each of the 17 required subjects in the comfort of your own home or office at a pace that suits you.

Subjects are emailed to you one at a time, once you have completed the assessment you send it back to us for marking and we will then forward on to you your next lot of modules. If you require more than one subject to be emailed at a time this can easily be arranged.

How long will it take me?

There is no simple answer to this question. You can proceed at your own pace and it depends on how much time you set aside each week to do the modules we send you. We would expect that if you did the whole 17 subjects it should take no longer than 6 months. However, if you allocated more time to study it could be completed in a lot shorter time. If you take longer than 12 months you need to speak to your assessor to obtain an extension of time.
