THINK REAL ESTATE offers the CPP40307- Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate )which is the education requirements to obtain a real estate Licence in NSW. VICTORIAN REAL ESTATE LICENSING COURSE CPP40307
We also offer a similar course for Experienced agents in Victoria who have been an Agents Representative for 3 years of more.
The Victorian Course involves our assessors Recognising the skills you already have and mapping them to the requirements of the training. This is known as RPL.
Successful applicants then undertake a 5 day intensive course to obtain the missing competencies.
Think Real Estate is an approved Registered Training Organisation accredited by the VIC BLA to deliver such a program.

QUEENSLAND REAL ESTATE LICENSING COURSE
THINK REAL ESTATE will begin conducting a Licensing Course for Queensland agents late in 2011.The course covers the 19 units required to meet the education requirements of the Queensland Office of Fair Trading to obtain a real estate Licence. It is available to salespeople and Property Managers who have worked in the industry for 3 years or more. The Queensland Course involves our assessors Recognising the skills you already have and mapping them to the requirements of the training package. This is known as RPL. We then offer a variety of methods to allow students to obtain the missing competencies. This will include a combination of in room workshops, Internet workshops and distance learning.
