1. Who is Think Real Estate?
ANSWER: THINK REAL ESTATE is the trading name of Brian Cannan Auctions Pty Limited which was incorporated in 1996. The Company provides, training, coaching and auction services to the real estate industry. In 2006 THINK REAL ESTATE became a Registered Training Organisation (NTIS Code 91262) Full details of the services the company provides can be found on our web site a www.thinkrealestate.net.au.
2. Does THINK REAL ESTATE provide CPD training that complies with the Office of Fair Trading’s requirements?
ANSWER: Yes. Trainers from Brian Cannan Auctions P/L have been providing CPD training to the real estate industry since March 2004. Training has been undertaken throughout NSW
3. Does your training comply with the Office of Fair Trading's CPD guidelines?
ANSWER: Yes. We have structured the courses to meet all published requirements of the OFT. We continually review our courses to ensure that they include the latest information for agents in their daily practice.
4. Will you be around in 30 years?
ANSWER: THINK REAL ESTATE has been in business for almost 10 years and intends to be in business for the next 50 years. No one can give guarantees about the future, but we have as much chance as being around in thirty years as any other organisation providing CPD training. We track the records of all participants of our courses and maintain full electonic records of all training we undertake.

10. What is your experience?
ANSWER: Our trainers are practicing real estate agents who have worked in the industry and are fully qualified to Certificate IV level. The two senior trainers each have over 20 years training experience and are recognised as leaders in their field.
11. Do we receive comprehensive learning material?
ANSWER: YES and more including check lists, guides and forms that will help participants in their day to day work.
12. Are you an independent RTO?
ANSWER: THINK REAL ESTATE is an independent company and an RTP NTIS Code 91262
