Following the changes in legislation by NSW Fair Trading, THINK REAL ESTATE has provided Continual Professional Development Training to thousands of Real Estate personnel in NSW and the ACT. We have specilist workshops for both Sales people and Property managers as well as special compliance workshops for Principals and support staff and workshops tailored for Commercial/Industrial agents.

Our courses are designed to minimise disruption to your working day, while providing you with the points you need to satisfy the requirements for renewal of your License or Certificate of Registration.

We conduct public CPD workshops on a weekly basis throughout Sydney, as well as regular CPD workshops in Newcastle, the Central Coast, Blue Mountains, South Coast and the Southern Highlands (subject to minimum numbers). Workshops can also be conducted "In house" if required, subject to minimum numbers.

Workshops are conducted over 4 hours and include a short assessment at the end. Participants who successfully complete the workshop and assesment will recieve 12 CPD points under Learning CATEGORY 3.
