CPD SUBJECTS
Workshops 1 July 2010 to 31 December 2010
THINK REAL ESTATE will be conducting public CPD Workshops which will usually run from 8.45am to 1.00pm, or 12.45pm to 5.00pm.
Participants who attend these workshops and who complete an assessment will receive 12 CPD points for the 2010 renewal year under Learning Category 3.
Subjects being offered at present are
"Breaking the Price Barrier and Making the Sale" - Public Workshops targeted to "Management, Sales and support staff " and
"Winning the Bond Arguement". This workshop will also include an overview of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 targeted to "Property Management staff"
"How to Implement the Residentail Tenancies Act 2010" A hands on workshop on what you need to do.

"Compliance Made Easy" - Public Workshops targeted to all real estate staff
"Managing Commercial Risk - Australian Consumer Law" -In-house workshops targeted to Commercial/Industrial agents
(Please note that you can attend any CPD workshop irrespective of what department you work in)

All workshops listed above will allow you to obtain your 12 points you require for your 2010 renewal under the Commissioner's Guidleines issed on 22 March 2010
Public Workshops are held in suburbs throughout Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Nowra, Kiama and The Blue Mountains
