Preparing a Tribunal Case for Success- Public Workshops
The new Residential Tenancies Act 2010 has already provided agents challenges when they go to the Tribunal. This hands on workshop looks at recent Tribunal Cases under the new Act and draws some conclusions to help you better prepare yourself when you need to attend.
The workshop draws on real life examples of what can go wrong during a tenancy and what the agent needs to do to prepare the best case for the CTTT to have the best chance of success. It will include an exercise taking participants through the evidence they need to collect, the required paperwork, and how to present the case to the Tribunal, based on actual case studies that have taken place in the Tribunal since the new Act came into force
