CPD WORKSHOPS COMPLIANCE

The 4 hour workshop covers all Supervision Requirements of the Commissioner, plus pricing.
The session will cover/include:
- Proper supervision for licenses
- Substantiation of estimated selling price
- True estimates
- Misrepresentation offence
- The 'myth' of material fact
- Misleading and deceptive conduct
- Price ranging
- Risk areas and common mistakes
At the completion of the workshop, participants will receive a FREE Supervision Guidelines Manuel for immediate use in your office. The workshops are conducted under Learning Category 3 and you will receive 12 points if you attend and successfully complete the workshop.
