First things first, you need to complete our "Course in Property Practice". Once you have been deemed competent, THINK REAL ESTATE gives you the opportunity to assist you in finding employment.

We have a large client database that we deal with on a regular basis that are constantly looking for staff.

With your permission, your details will be added onto a register and sent to our database stating your name, your contact details, the suburb you wish to work in, the position you would like and when you can start.

If one of our clients is interested, they will contact you and invite you to an interview. Then it is all up to you. THINK REAL ESTATE can not guarantee you a position but we have had many students find employment through our system.

Once you have gained employment, THINK REAL ESTATE will assist you through your career by offering sales skills training, property management training, Continual Professional Development (CPD) Points and even taking your career to the next level by completing your Real Estate License.
