Under the requirements of NSW Fair Trading, licenced Real Estate Agents can step up to the podium by adding Auctioneer Accreditation to their current Real Estate licence.
Our Auctioneers Accreditation Course has been designed by a team of Auctioneers with over a century of combined experience between them and covers the three required units of competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice:

CPPREP4161 - Undertake pre-auction process

CPPREP4162 - Conduct and complete sale by auction

CPPREP4163 - Complete post auction process and contract execution
The auctioneering course can be completed via tutorial workshop, correspondence or online learning. Simply choose your preferred method of study below, get started today and you'll become an auctioneer in NSW in no time! The only prerequisite is that you already hold a NSW Real Estate Licence.
The minimum expected time for completion is approximately 2 weeks and the maximum course completion time allowed from enrolment is 3 months. (Note course completion times may vary depending on many factors such as workshop tutorial attendance, the amount of time set aside for self-paced study or the amount of RPL granted).
