AUCTION COSTS

On-site:

  • Metropolitan areas, including the Blue Mountains and Lithgow: $440.00 (includes GST) (For all auctions undertaken from 1 July 2007)
  • Regional Areas including Newcastle, Central Coast and beyond Lithgow
    1 to 3 auctions $495.00 (incl GST) each: 4 or more properties on the one day $440.00 each

NOTE: Where several properties are to be offered in one line and then separately, if the properties are not sold, then the auctions fees will be:- Full fee for the first submission and then 50% fee per lot if the separate lots are offered. The same price structure applies if more than one lot is offered on-site at the one place.

In-rooms:

  • Metropolitan areas, including the Blue Mountains: $264.00 (includes GST)
  • Regional Areas including Newcastle, Central Coast and areas beyond Lithgow.
    1 to 3 auctions $330.00 (incl GST) each: 4 or more properties on the one day $264.00 each
  • Digital Presentation: (if applicable) $55.00 per property (includes GST)
