Brian Cannan, Managing Director and Chief Auctioneer of THINK REAL ESTATE, is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Accredited Auctioneer and holds a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training.
Brian is a mentor to thousands of Real Estate agents across Australia, and is without a doubt, one of the Real Estate industry's most respected and experienced auctioneers. A true professional and master of the auction arena.
Having conducted over 60,000 auctions during a career spanning over 25 years, his talents are unrivalled.
His passion for the industry, his pursuit of auction excellence and his commitment to achieving outstanding results ensures an auctioneering service that is second to none.

Christopher Wilson B.A. (Econ)
Christopher Wilson is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Accredited Auctioneer and holds a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training, and is also a qualified economist.
Backed by 25 years of experience, in residential, commercial and industrial sales his knowledge spans across all industry facets. Chris' expertise has led to him selling all classes of property from the far south coast in NSW to Cairns in far north Queensland, and has consulted on real estate matters to some of the largest Corporations in Australia.
His knowledge and understanding of the auction system is unsurpassed, and he has achieved numerous awards from major franchise groups for his auction skills throughout his real estate career.

Because of his extensive knowledge of real estate matters and law, TAFE, Universities, training organisations and major franchise groups frequently call upon Christopher to both write and conduct training seminars on their behalf. "I firmly believe that all training should be based on giving agents the knowledge and skills they need, so they can better meet the challenges they face."
Andrew Coulson
Andrew is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Accredited Auctioneer who has spent over 30 years developing his expertise.
Having previously run his own business for 16 years, taking it to a top 10 ranking within a national franchise group, his knowledge in property is all encompassing.
Andrew’s ability as an auctioneer to understand buyers’ buying habits and body language is a key skill that enables him to read and control each auction on the spur of the moment.

Michael Hilder
Michael Hilder has worked in the real estate industry for 10 years and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Accredited Auctioneer, holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and a Bachelor of Business Degree.
As an auctioneer, Michael knows that when selling a property on behalf of an owner, that it may very well be their most valuable asset, therefore it is Michael's aim to achieve a great result whilst allowing the agent and the vendor to feel at ease during the auction process.
Selling literally hundreds of property throughout Sydney, for major firms and independent offices, his dedication to creating an exciting atmosphere on the auction day is just as important as obtaining the best result possible.
